What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?

The pay is satisfactory but could be more, i have freinds in the same industry getting paid more than me.

I like that there are regular pay reviews so that you don't need to approach and ask for a raise. It is quite structured.

Yearly forum where everyone in the company gets together for a weekend and socialises together. I haven't heard of other companies that do this, and think it's a great way to bond with the team.
