Please comment on your role and day-to-day responsibilities.
In this team, I will say that I am quite new (less than 1 month), and this may be the reason that my workload so far feels a little light on. My responsibilities include doing calculations to ensure the feasibility of designs, as well as contributions to safety/design considerations where required. In previous roles, I found the busyness of the teams meant I had a lot of autonomy and often worked on my own, but mostly out of choice- I always had support whenever I needed it.

As I am currently in a training role, my responsibilities are small. However, I am adequately supported and am exposed to enough to help me learn and grow, without overwhelming me.

Managing designers and looping in key stakeholders to activities
I am currently with a new team so it is hard to rate satisfaction, but as a graduate I am really pleased with the level of responsibility given to me. Working on projects as well as BAU gives great exposure to the company's activities and people, which also helps to build my network.
As a graduate my role changes every six months, however in my last rotation I have found that I am able to advocate for myself and what I would like to experience within this role and into the future.
