The Graduate Development Program offers structured learning and development opportunities to ease the transition from student to professional roles. The program includes formal training, mentoring, networking, and rotations across different business areas, providing a comprehensive experience. Graduates also participate in team innovation projects, receive personalized learning outcomes for each rotation, and are supported by a Workplace Buddy to help them settle into their roles.
Graduates will have ongoing career conversations with their leader as well as a formal check-in with the Talent Acquisition and Pathways Advisor every six months to discuss experiences, learnings and development opportunities to date. After the two years spent in the Graduate position, you will be offered permanent employment with Unitywater.
