Candidates will be split into groups to resolve and present a business case study within a defined time frame. Applicants from both technology and management consultant roles will be mixed, working on the same case.
We ask you to free up your schedule for the day, as the whole process will likely run from 1 pm to 5 pm.
TIP: During the assessment centre - make sure you have clear assumptions that are in line with the case and explain your line of thinking cohesively to the assessor.
Phone interviews/candidates' video submission*
Successful applicants will be phone interviewed by our consultants.
*Visagio may ask candidates to upload a video answering pre-determining questions as a part of the recruitment process. This process may replace phone interviews. More information will be shared closer to the submission date.
In-person interviews
Successful applicants will each be interviewed for 50 minutes by Visagio partners and consultants. Approved candidates typically start soon after the recruitment process is finished.
TIP: Good communication skills help you stand out and share your ideas clearly with interviewers. Demonstrating an interest in the company and understanding our core values will also put you a step ahead.

As a Technology Consultant Intern at Visagio, my primary responsibility is to support my team in driving project success by actively contributing to discussions and helping to develop tailored solutions for specific client challenges. A key part of my role is listening, learning, and gaining insights into what it takes to become an effective consultant. We hold daily meetings each morning, where we discuss project updates, review individual tasks and responsibilities, and explore ways to enhance our approach and outcomes. This consistent communication ensures that we remain aligned and proactive in delivering high-quality results to our clients.
It's really inspiring and I can learn a lot from different projects
Depending on the project, but after few months in you can be the lead on the project supported by your success and grow. That's a very good opportunity

Management Consulting
We are a global platform that helps organisations achieve their goals by driving efficiency, delivering sustainable results, and developing talents
The most rewarding aspect of working at Visagio is the deeply collaborative and supportive culture.
The company is highly flexible and accommodating, particularly given my status as a part-time employee and full-time university student.
You are straight away thrown into doing real, important work as an intern and work on actual projects with clients which is great!
There is a very clear flat hierarchy, and from day one you are able to interact with everyone, no matter how long they have been around.
The company takes diversity really seriously, and it’s reflected in hiring and initiatives to increase diversity.
Only two offices in Australia, Perth and Sydney, would be great to open one in Melbourne.
Some partners are accessible some are not. Some can be good mentors but some are too busy.
The pay could be a little more competitive since it operates very lean.
As an early career starter, I believe getting experience with a wider range of projects is important.
Better onboarding program and structure would be helpful.
