Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Great office culture, very friendly colleagues to work with and everyone is made to feel welcome and be themselves. Plenty of opportunities to catch up after work too.

Within team the business is very collaborative but between teams this can be limited. The culture is very much development focused and work life balance is encouraged.

The culture is respectful in general in areas I work in. There are good socialising opportunities.

Positive working culture during office hours - people show respect, are willing to provide support when asked and generally seem to like coming to work each day. Some people are happy "coasting" and let other people pick up the slack Teams will regularly socialise outside of work and team building events are encouraged.

This will heavily depend on your division; people in data analytics are great to work with and have a KPI-driven yet laid back culture. The structure from 'highest' rank to 'lowest rank' is: head of function, area manager, team leader, senior team members, 'normal' team members, graduates, vacationers. When approached, people are always nice. However, it can be hard to approach sometimes as everyone is very busy due to the division being fairly under-resourced and therefore people working extra hard to meet deadlines. Lots of social events all year round, cultural celebrations (such as Diwali), farewell events, etc.
