Your onboarding and Training are structed over a 6-8 week period. Your first week will be Orientation into Wipro's organisation, culture and expectation settings, following weeks 2-8 are focused on Foundational Technical Training designed around Business requirements and your skill preferences.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a graduate, you will be working in roles such as Developer, Test Engineer, Support Engineer or Consultant. Depending on our clients’ demands you will be provided with technical training and project work in one of the following technologies: Java, testing (manual/automation), Salesforce (Java, Apex, Visualforce), Big Data/Hadoop, IoT, cyber security, AI, cloud, data analytics or service desk.

What we are looking for

• Australian citizenship (incl. NZ citizenship) or permanent residency (TR not sufficient)
• Australian/NZ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in IT-related fields; graduation in 2020 or later
• We are accepting disciplines from; Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Science, Information Management, Computing, Mathematics, Statistics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics
• No more than 2 years of professional work experience
• Proven ability to solve problems and think creatively to develop solutions
• Passion for working with people and driven by customer success
• Excellent listening skills to evaluate customer needs and translate them into solutions that work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic, professional and confident personality
