Justin [00:00:00] Can you give me sort of like a high level walkthrough of the actual application process to that grad programme and Energex?Â
Tyler [00:00:06] Yeah, of course. So it was a while ago since I did the application process, but from what I remember you would submit your CV and fill out sort of a short questionnaire, and that was the first step. I guess they would review that and then they would get back to you with a...and actually it was a video interview, but not with the person it was. It was one of those websites where you log in, you put your video on, and a question will come up on the screen and you have sort of 2 minutes to think about an answer. And then the recording was done. You have to answer that question. And I think there was about seven of those questions, which was an interesting experience, kind of not having somebody to sort of bounce off and you're kind of just that yourself talking to the camera. But yeah, I did that. And then after you get through that stage, they will review those. And after that you fill out some more sort of questionnaires, sort of general intelligence, problem solving skills and that sort of thing. And if you're successful in those stages, you'll finally get to the sort of in-person interview, and that's where you sit down with the panel. I had three people on my panel, and they were just pretty much asking you questions about how you would respond in certain situations, what your experience has been before. If you have experience in that particular field that they're interviewing you for and just who you are generally as a person, and if they think you'll be a great fit for the company.
