I feel like I was given a lot, very early on, and there wasn't much support or even recognition of that fact. I feel like I have been challenged at work, but not in a way that I find interesting or in the direction I want to go in.
I'm usually working on street lighting design so either I'm using perfect lite or AGI to calculate luminance and illuminance. AutoCAD is another software used for drafting. Sometimes bit of report writing is involved too.
Currently, assisting the manager with small day-to-day tasks.

The company culture is AMAZING. Everyone is incredibly friendly and if you need help or guidance with anything, lots of people are more than happy to provide guidance.
The people are great. The office space is awesome. The company is incredibly understanding and flexible when it comes to working from home. There a regular catered social events and meetings.
Flexibility - I really enjoy the flexibility of being able to WFH as many/little days as I like as well as working outside of 'normal' hours. No micro-management - I feel like I am trusted to do the work I need to do. I never have someone watching me like a hawk and questioning how I spend my work hours. Team Culture - I really love working with my team and feel very comfortable approaching them with work related issues and feel if I have any personal issues, these are never dismissed. Everyone takes both physical AND mental health very seriously.
Great working environment, everyone is very friendly and supportive. I have learnt a load of things, if I didn't know anything someone was more than willing to help me learn
The work culture is amazing and people are great to be around. Everyone is very supportive and friendly. The process was very smooth when I first started and felt welcomed. The work flexibility is also great giving me the freedom to choose to work either from home or work so I enjoy that balance. The projects are interesting also and I was put on a big project which gave me the fundamentals to learn about lighting and electrical concepts. Furthermore, there are many social events that happens for graduates which is fun and catering is usually provided which is a bonus.
Sometimes the work can be a little mundane but this is something to be expected, especially as an undergraduate.
The program and onboarding process could be more structured.
Project diversity can be limited at times
Sometimes a lack of guidance mainly because others are too busy
Maybe the graduate program isn't fully structured and is too free. Other companies have a structured rotation where every 6 months you rotate and not sure if the rotation to a particular team is fully guaranteed.
