Our Arcadis Expedition DNA program could give you the opportunity to join other Arcadis professionals from across the globe where you will deepen your understanding of digital transformation and start building skills related to digital and innovation. 

With teams across Australia, joining our National Rail team will see you working on large scale civil rail infrastructure projects incorporating heavy haul rail, maintenance and stabling yards, light rail projects from advisory, feasibility, and concept design through to detailed design and asset management. You’ll work closely with a very experienced team, across a number of projects for both private and government clients.  

Qualifications & Experience 

First and foremost, you have a passion for improving the quality of life. You share our values – People First, Collaboration, Sustainability, Client Success, and Integrity and:  

• Be graduating in 2024 or have recently graduated from a degree relevant to the space we work.  
• Have passion for the work that we do in engineering design, environmental science, planning, business advisory, sustainability, and digital innovation. 
• Demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, Growth-Mindset, and the ability in enduring working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. 
• Have innovative thinking, self-motivation, and enthusiasm about driving your own career development.
