Recruitment Process

Phone Call/email (within a few days to have a brief chat/set up interview)
In-person interview (1 face to face interview with Centre Manager. Questions in relation to your experience in Early Childhood Education and Care, what you love about working in the industry, strengths and weaknesses, where you see yourself in a few years, goals and ambitions, mandatory reporting and child safe standards)

Active enrolment into Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor/Masters of Early Childhood Education/Teaching
Working with Children Check
Australian Working Rights
Excellent personal presentation
Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Remuneration & Career Growth

A generous salary and benefits package from $60,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation and annual reviews
