Recruitment Process

Enzen has exciting growth plans in Australia, and as such plans to hire a number of graduates over the coming years.

Vacancies for immediately available graduates will be posted on an as needed basis throughout the year via Seek, LinkedIn and on our website. Graduate Program vacancies for 2022 commencement will be posted in March and Close in April.

The recruitment process varies by role, but largely follows the standard online application-phone interview-assessment centre-interviews with senior managers model. You can learn more on the careers page of the company website.

Along with their CV and academic transcript, applicants should submit a Cover Letter which describes why they are interested in a career at Enzen, and how they believe they will make an impact based on the selection criteria in the job advertisement.
