The Accelerator Program is a two year initiative geared to launch careers, grow the Facto community and foster the next generation of technology consulting talent. Our initial six week jumpstart training provides a solid foundation for professional and technical skills development to build confidence and fast-track skills needed to start working with our clients. Once placed with a client, support and mentoring is tailored to grow and develop capabilities aligned with an individual's strengths and development goals.
There are typically two intakes a year, starting work in summer and winter.
Applications open in October for a summer start and May for our winter start.
The recruitment process kicks off with an online application. This just involves submission of a CV. The CV must be tailored to include your your citizenship/PR/visa status, your availability to start full time work and up to three sentences what are your specific interests in technology and why you think Facto's Accelerator Program is right for you.
If your CV looks like the right fit for the program, you'll receive a call from our recruiter to answer a few short questions.
If successful at phone screening, you'll be invited to an in person assessment day at the Facto Sydney office. The assessment day will involve a few group activities, and one on one interview and a chance to meet some of the Facto team you could be working with in the future.
If successful at assessment day, we'll make you an offer - hooray!
Eligibility:
There is NO minimum qualification or previous experience required.
We do require fulltime working rights for two years, and the ability to be attend the Sydney office full time for the first six months in the role.

Facto's Accelerator Program salaries begin at $62.5K AUD p.a. plus super.
Your capability and independence will be assessed regularly & you will be promoted based on demonstrated skill development. Promotion tiers are transparent and mapped to our capability framework so that you can track and drive your own progression. You can expect to be promoted within two years.
