We received extensive training during our first couple weeks within the company on databases that they use and company policy. This training was both supervised by trainers within the company and independently done through an internal company college. We were introduced to many people within the company and they gave us some insight into the company culture during these training sessions and questions were always encouraged. Within each department we rotate into we also have some training to better understand the departments we are in. This also includes training on the resources we will need to use that department as well.
