About you:

You will have either completed or completing your tertiary level qualification by December 2024 in a related discipline, typically Commerce or Business Administration, Supply Chain, Law or equivalent, with a sound level of academic achievement.

You will be an eager learner and be excited about the opportunity to work with and learn from the best. You will have outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal and have a flexible approach to managing changing priorities in this fast paced and dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

As a junior Subcontracts Administrator within Lockheed Martin’s Graduate Development Program, you will work on important and challenging Defence capability acquisition and sustainment projects and assist with the following:

  • Development of work statements, specifications and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialised materials, equipment, and services. 
  • Preparation of tender packages, bidder conferences, analyses and evaluation of proposals, recommendations for supplier selection; negotiation of subcontract aspects. 
  • Build relationships internally and externally and support the delivery and administration of subcontracts
  • Research and analysis of data to resolve problems. Capture lessons learnt, improve and maintain our sourcing policies and best practise procedures.

Special Requirements:
