As a hardware engineer working in a systems role, I find that my position isn't tailored well to my skills. I have inquired about changing this but have not received a positive response.
At times the work can be very process or administrative-based. However, in Contracts, the day-to-day is fulfilling and consists of contract reviews, clause drafting, negotiations, business improvement activities, etc.
