Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
Engineering has few women, might be related to the lack in the field, other fields have more. No issues with minorities, and I don't ask about LGBT things. Maternity leave is offered, many possible perks or flexible time to help with these things.
Good; however there is not many woman engineers. defiantly in HR and other areas we are very diverse
The two graduates from this year were myself (male), and a female. There is a level of respect that is maintained in the office around her and every other employee, so I do not see any discrimination in any form there.
What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
Equal opportunity based on skill, not where you came from.
