Gender Equality at McGrathNicol

McGrathNicol actively reviews recruitment, performance, and reward processes for any unconscious gender bias.

McGrathNicol is a strong advocate for diversity within our Undergraduate and Graduate Programs, partnering with a number of student societies and industry bodies such as, UTS Women in Business, UNSW Women in Technology, UWA Women in Business and STEM Women, promoting a career in advisory and restructuring to a wide range of students from all walks of life. These partnerships have proven to broaden the gender diversity in our Undergraduate and Graduate programs

Our corporate membership and involvement with Women on Boards supports our female colleagues to leverage their professional skills and experience into both executive and non-executive board level roles.

UTS acknowledges the Gadigal People of the Eora Nation, the Boorooberongal people of the Dharug Nation, the Bidiagal people and the Gamaygal people upon whose ancestral lands our university stands. We would also like to pay respect to the Elders both past and present, acknowledging them as the traditional custodians of knowledge for these lands.
