What is a GradPlus Program?
The Ramsay Gradplus program provides graduates with the best first year development program and the chance for a rewarding and long-term career with Australia's most progressive and successful healthcare company. Our program provides ongoing education throughout the 12 months including our growth series study days, continued formal and informal feedback along with competency-based assessments within a supportive environment. All these measures will ensure that at the completion of the program our graduates have the confidence of knowing their clinical and professional skills are not only meeting but exceeding industry standards.
We have 72 hospitals nationally across coastal and metropolitan areas, all offering a variety of clinical settings to suit individual needs.
Who can be a GradPlus Graduate?
All our GradPlus Graduates should display a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. They need to have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, graduates must display effective interpersonal skills and be able to build a rapport with a diverse range of people.
