The Bank’s Race and Cultural Identity Employee Resource Group promotes inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belong for everyone at the Bank and plays a key role in advising on race and cultural identity matters.

The Race & Cultural Identity ERG is made up of staff with a common interest in diversity of race and cultural identities. The ERG’s focus is:

Promoting inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone at the Bank.
Advising the Diversity Council and Executive Committee on race and cultural identity matters.
Proposing improvements in our policies, practices and initiatives

UTS acknowledges the Gadigal People of the Eora Nation, the Boorooberongal people of the Dharug Nation, the Bidiagal people and the Gamaygal people upon whose ancestral lands our university stands. We would also like to pay respect to the Elders both past and present, acknowledging them as the traditional custodians of knowledge for these lands.
