2025 Finance Graduate Program

The two-year rotational Finance Graduate Program is an outstanding opportunity for emerging talent. We are offering an opportunity for a graduate to join RBA’s Finance team and would love to hear from candidates with strong analytical and inter-personal skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a passion to contribute.

The team you will be working for:

Your graduate program experience offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience across a number of teams. Finance partners Leaders to deliver the Bank’s strategic priorities, is responsible for the Bank's financial statements and taxation reporting obligations, prepares the Bank's budget, oversees the Bank’s procurement activities and provides a range of support services, including corporate payments, payroll and travel. We will offer multiple rotations across Finance collaborating with stakeholders - and colleagues across numerous Finance and business disciplines.

Finance offers a supportive environment with coaching and extensive development opportunities – both with other Bank graduates as part of the graduate program, and tailored arrangements within Finance. Our intention is to enable you to immediately apply your skills to make a difference. You will fast-track your professional development and will have opportunities to learn from the best.

Applicants must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency at the time of application. All Intern positions are in Sydney. The Bank will cover the cost of travel and accommodation in Sydney for successful interstate applicants.

I am in the management reporting team and have been a part of various roles. I had a focus on budgeting/forecasting for IT projects, with a focus on one specific project. I have now moved into a role of doing work for the whole project portfolio. I also have various month end responsibilities and journal posting.
