Training is largely done within teams, but there is a calendar of graduate-specific and skill-specific trainings which are either mandatory or highly recommended. The formal trainings are thorough and useful.

I am satisfied with all the graduate training opportunities to help improve skills such as presenting and writing. Within finance, everyone is willing to help teach you but during busy periods and can be hard to coordinate. I think there can be more resources such as training manuals or modules to complete to help learn new tasks.
