After excellent performance, you can be transferred from intern to regular employee, and after 2-3 years, you can be promoted to middle level after accumulating enough experience.

I was promoted to Consultant quite early on - and "Ghost" promoted to Level 2 Consultant (by "Ghost" I mean I didn't find out via my Direct manager - randomly found out in a company meeting) No real set criteria for moving up - just do good work
