We are now accepting applications for our UNIQLO Australia Internship Program March 2025 intake in Melbourne and Sydney !

Students in their final year and have permanent working rights without restriction are eligible.

You will start your career as a UNIQLO Management Trainee (UMT) by aiming to become the manager of a store as quickly as possible. From there, you will expand further afield to take on the challenge of running larger stores, or working in corporate or international positions as a global leader.

About the Internship Program

Be exposed to real work and problems that our teams here at UNIQLO not only in the front lines of store management but also work with different departments such as MD, EC etc through in-store visits to see how the core functions work together with the store to enhance customer experience!

Eligibility

• You will be in your final year of undergraduate study in any discipline
• You will have right to work in Australia without restrictions (Australian Citizen/PR & NZ Citizen)
• You are able to commit 3 days per week, including 2 weekdays from March, 2025
• You are flexible to work during our store operation hours on a roster basis including some evenings and public holidays
• You possess a strong academic record and a passion for retail.
• You have demonstrated prior leadership and/or retail work experience is desirable
