We are very proud of our 'one big family' company culture, our commitment to safety and the high quality of client service. We seek people who want to build their careers with us, not just stick around for a project or two.

Ward provides our diverse client base with beginning-to-end solutions. We work inharmony with our clients, with tailored service and value-add solutions that nurture even the most complex projects to completion - on time and on budget, every time.

Awarded Large Civil Construction Company of the Year in 2020 by the Master Builder's Association, we are proud of the work we consistantly deliver for our clients.

Ward have partnered with a number of organisations to support increasing female and Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander participation in construction. We sponsor UTS' Women in Engineering & IT Scholarship, as well as the Sydney Roosters Indigenous U18s womens Tarsha Gale Cup team.
