Are you just about to or have recently completed a degree Civil Engineering? If so, you should consider applying for either our Undergrad or Graduate Program.
We have developed an accelerated program over 18-24 months that provides training with industry experts over 2-3 rotations of our civil specialties.
As an undergraduate, you will gain industry training in both estimating and procurement before your 1st of at least 3 on site rotations.
As a graduate you'll provide civil engineering expertise and support best practice solutions to ensure we're making the best decisions for our business. We will have you working across a number of job sites to gain maximum exposure to Ward's specialties.
Your ongoing development will be a focus throughout the program. Our development program integrates on-the-job experience, senior mentoring, performance planning and feedback to support your progression to Project Engineer by the end of the 18 – 24 months.
