I like how I am given some direction but do have some ability to be creative as long as it follows agency policies, accessibility, human centred design. I do reviews, content creation, research, editing, proof-reading.

I'm a data analyst so I work with data extraction, analysis, visualisation, and interpretation.

National layer work, assessing claims (for crisis payments), completing phone appointments, and doing whatever else needs to be done.

Currently a project officer from a business owner/program management team overseeing family assistance payments in Services Australia. Day to day offers a lot of variety which I appreciate, including drafting/maintaining project artefacts, system design discussions with system and technical analysts, clarifying legislation or policy with external policy departments, reviewing test plans, drafting customer and staff communication products. I enjoy the creativity involved and work feels very rewarding.

Workforce planning - including the extraction and analysis of workforce data and the provision of workforce risk mitigation actions.

Support for vulnerable customers of Centrelink and Child Support. Victims of FDV and suicidal customers

Run Graduate Program for incoming graduates. Administration, stakeholder management, HR cases, pastoral care, event coordination etc.

I was put in an area not suited to my skillset and would have never have started if I knew this is where I was going to be

My role is unclear. As a Graduate, I was only provided with a generic 'Graduate' job statement. Once the program was complete, I was never provided a more specific one for my on-going role despite asking multiple times. Day-to-day responsibilities differ depending on the work coming through and there is little guidance from leadership. It is a stressful environment.

I enjoy my day-to-day work - I do however wish it was more aligned with my field of study at university.

I enjoy the company of the team I work with and I like the tasks that we do daily. However, I would like to find a role that's more tailored to my degree and career interests.

Fun work if there is work to do.

I do internal communications and as part of the Level 2 Helpdesk, I assist in escalated concerns or feedback.

I am a platform administrator and steward support person. If people have questions or need support, they come to me.

Line manager. Managing and supporting a diverse team of staff. Supporting customer service delivery area and local sites to succeed and deliver services and payments to customers.
