There were three stages. First was a written application, the second was a video interview, and last was a three-hour assessment centre with both a group and one-on-one interview.
Questions were based on experiences where qualities such as leadership, creativity, and equality were shown. Other questions revolved around why we had applied at the LXRA. They were to show qualities of a good and fair team player, rather than the actual experience.
Candidates can best prepare by doing their research, and thoroughly understand what the authority is, why they do what they do and also how they execute it. They are very open in their process so this information isn't hard to find.
