Our Actions

RSM Australia promotes gender equality through several key initiatives and policies. Our diversity and inclusion policies prioritise equal opportunities, fair treatment and non-discrimination based on gender. We take proactive measures to address and rectify any gender pay gaps by regularly reviewing compensation structures. We also provide employees with transparent information about pay scales and advancement opportunities.

RSM recognises the importance of work-life balance, particularly for women. We offer flexible work arrangements, including options for part-time work, remote work, and flexible schedules. We also provide access to women's leadership programs that support and develop women. These programs provide mentoring, coaching and networking opportunities, empowering them to take on leadership roles and excel in their careers.

Our leaders actively participate in regular training sessions and workshops focused on gender equality, unconscious bias, and inclusive practices. These initiatives contribute to fostering an inclusive culture.
