I came through an internship, which was a very informal process. I have not been privy to recent interviews, but have seen the successful applicants which showed the interview process is not as mature as it needs to be. To my knowledge there are no assessments in the interview process.
Intermediate, Perth - 31 Jul 2024
Fast response. no complaints.
Graduate, Melbourne - 26 Jul 2024
The interview process for me took place partly in COVID affected times. My first interview was an online interview with the two principals of the Albury office, before an in person interview where I was informed that I was hired at the end. I found the process easy and simple
Intern, Albury - 25 Jul 2024
After submitting my resume, I was invited to give a video interview. After this, I was asked to come in for a face-to-face interview. After the face-to-face interview, I had to complete a timed assessment.
Undergraduate, Perth - 22 Jul 2024
I highly rate the interview process and assessments, and I was always being updated along the way as I progress until recruitment.
Graduate, Port Lincoln - 19 Jul 2024
Was surprised to get in in the first case (Feel as if I stuffed up the interview a bit).
It was simple online assessment + individual & Group assessment when invited to the office
Graduate, Melbourne - 18 Jul 2024
The interview process began with an initial assessment, which I successfully completed, leading to a face-to-face interview. During the interview, I engaged in discussions about my skills, experiences, and how they aligned with the role's requirements. The assessment phase focused on evaluating my technical proficiency and problem-solving abilities, while the face-to-face interview provided an opportunity to showcase my interpersonal skills and discuss my fit within the organization.
Graduate, Sydney - 18 Jul 2024
I began working at RSM as an intern so my hiring process was streamlined and I can't really comment on the formal hiring process.
Graduate, Perth - 18 Jul 2024
I was directly engaged and didn't have to go through regular recruitment processes.
That being said, receiving my contract, signing it, onboarding etc was all good.
Graduate, Canberra - 18 Jul 2024
The process was straight-forward and relatively short.
Graduate, Melbourne - 18 Jul 2024
Interview process involved aptitude testing and an interview process, no specific assessments in relation to the future role.
Graduate, Brisbane - 18 Jul 2024
When I came in for the interview I was so nervous because I was in the interview with Trevor and Kara in the board room.
I sent all my documentation online through the RSM work page which I think is easy and more reliable.
Graduate, Geraldton - 18 Jul 2024
The interview process was as follows: a test (mainly testing your soft-skills), a recorded interview, and a standard in-person interview with the most senior person from your team.
Graduate, Melbourne - 18 Jul 2024
I walked into the interview and it seemed like they didn't really know what was happening, but I took it as the interview was more of a layover test. After that I got a call for a second interview and now here we are.
Graduate, Ballarat - 18 Jul 2024
My interview with Busselton was great but prior to that I applied online and got rejected had to do tests which I didn't like and found was unnecessary in comparison to my interview at a Big 4 Firm.
Graduate, Perth - 18 Jul 2024
Quite easy
Graduate, Sydney - 18 Jul 2024
Had an interview, got my contract emailed to me and then I started.
Graduate, Moora - 18 Jul 2024
I cant speak how the interview process go, as I asked Angus if would be able to work as an intern, so I can make money whilst learning before I go to Uni.
However it took about a month to start actually working and signing all the documents and deeds.
The 3 month probation review is a good reporting period as it outlines the performance aspect of your work and your attitude.
Intern, Busselton - 18 Jul 2024
I did not participate in an interview or the process. Have been family friends with one of the partners for years
Undergraduate, Wagga - 18 Jul 2024
It was good.
Graduate, Northam - 18 Jul 2024
