I find that the pay at my company, while not exceptionally high compared to the cost of living, is somewhat modest. It generally aligns with industry standards and the responsibilities of the roles, but there's room for improvement, especially given the increasing cost of living.

The graduate salary is very low. I am getting paid less than someone working an entry level role with no formal qualifications, despite having completed a degree. From my own research, RSM is offering more than 10k less than its competitors for a graduate.
I have not been at RSM long enough to know what the bonus structure is like.

Being in a public service town where wages are much higher compared to what we get paid, I think our wages could be brought up a bit and more competitive in order to retain quality staff. I think performance bonuses are a bit of a joke - most people get the same/similar percentage increases in their pay, which doesn't reflect when some staff operate outstandingly, and others are less so.

They emphasise the other benefits offered, like free first aid training and others that I can't remember because they're probably not that great. It would be helpful if they told us what our hourly rate works out to be, as they just show our salary and superannuation. Bonuses aren't for performance I don't think, just bringing in new clients or staff.

I am not aware that there are bonuses at the company.
However I understand why I don't get paid much as I am not qualified and working as an intern.
But I believe the pay should be higher for graduates and Accountants, since they are qualified with a 3 year degree and have $50,000 debt. When people could have no experience and work a mine job that pay $80,000 starting salary and get quite large pay increases each year.

There is no particular specified bonuses program. The overall organization is severely behind in comparison to other business in the industry. Payment of wages occurs monthly, which impacts personal finances and is also severely outdated, I have opened discourse with man other employees and it was concluded that this is pretty poor and it should be done either weekly or fortnightly
