Cultural and Linguistics
Our people represent a wide range of cultural backgrounds. We want to celebrate and champion this diversity, while continuing to enhance our cultural awareness. Some of our practices include unconscious bias training, International Cuisine Day and lunch and learn activities recognising Lunar New Year, Ramadan and Diwali. PEXA team members are also encouraged to promote meaningful events on the calendar via internal channels.
