PEXA pioneered an electronic lodgement solution that simplifies property transactions – we're a national online property settlements platform. Since starting life in 2010, we now employ a team of 350 people working across 5 states. Today, we help 20,000 families settle their property safely each week.

Business Graduate Program
As part of our 18-month rotational graduate program you'll work in three of our leading corporate departments and gain experience in Risk, Finance and Member Services. The aim of this graduate program is to mentor, coach and develop your career in various business functions core to PEXA. You'll gain exposure to data and analytics, business analysis, project management, initiative taking and have the opportunity to engage with multiple stakeholders across the business to solve problems that directly impact our members.
You will have completed a degree or major in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Commerce, Law or related discipline.
So that you're set up for success, we've created a bespoke learning & development program to guide you through your 18-month graduate journey. Your development will kick off with a structured induction, designed to help you settle in and get to know PEXA. As your journey continues, you'll have the opportunity to learn from passionate industry leaders and gain greater insight into your own strengths, passions and interests. To thrive in our graduate program, we encourage you to embody a growth mindset, as you'll be exposed to a range of new challenges and opportunities that you may not have previously encountered.
In addition to building connections and receiving support from your colleagues across the business, you'll also have a dedicated mentor, PEXA buddy and people leader who will provide you with guidance and support. Your graduate cohort will also be a great source of support.

Role has changed throughout the graduate program. Currently in Cloud Team. Day-to-day responsibilities are determined by the work allocated to you and the work you seek to take on.
I am currently assisting the Project Manager of the Data team deliver projects and solutions in this space. This means constantly communicating with various external and internal stakeholders across the business in addition to attending a lot of meetings on a day to day basis. My responsibilities are to ensure a smooth project delivery and to assist in any possible to reach that outcome, even if i have to do odd-jobs here and there.
Throughout the program I have done a variety of work including DevOps, Data Analysis, Automation, Testing, Mobile testing and much more.

Felt like because I was hired in the technical space, I had to stay there.
The rate at which everything moves, it can sometimes be difficult to stay up to speed with what is going on with the business.
Quite a lot of different working ways across the company. Not a lot of standardisation which means moving between teams can be a little tricky.
