We know you'll Google us before applying, so let's keep this brief. Since starting life in 2010, we now employ a team of 350 people working across 5 states. Today, we help 20,000 families settle their property safely each week.

Our passion and customer focus has resulted in awards or recognition of our products, services, culture, commitment to innovation and member experience in recent years. We're still expanding at a rapid rate and we're constantly striving to deliver superior property experiences to all Australians.

Business Graduate Program

As part of our 18-month rotational graduate program you'll work in three of our leading corporate departments and gain experience in Risk, Finance and Member Services. The aim of this graduate program is to mentor, coach and develop your career in various business functions core to PEXA. You'll gain exposure to data and analytics, business analysis, project management, initiative taking and have the opportunity to engage with multiple stakeholders across the business to solve problems that directly impact our members.
You will have completed a degree or major in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Commerce, Law or related discipline.

So that you're set up for success, we've created a bespoke learning & development program to guide you through your 18-month graduate journey. Your development will kick off with a structured induction, designed to help you settle in and get to know PEXA. As your journey continues, you'll have the opportunity to learn from passionate industry leaders and gain greater insight into your own strengths, passions and interests. To thrive in our graduate program, we encourage you to embody a growth mindset, as you'll be exposed to a range of new challenges and opportunities that you may not have previously encountered.

In addition to building connections and receiving support from your colleagues across the business, you'll also have a dedicated mentor, PEXA buddy and people leader who will provide you with guidance and support. Your graduate cohort will also be a great source of support.

    • The rate at which everything moves, it can sometimes be difficult to stay up to speed with what is going on with the business.
