There is constantly growth and movement happening in our business. From a graduate perspective, I am waiting to see what roles are available towards the end of our program that I feel I would be best suited to. There is always opportunity to try different areas in the business, all you need to do is go over and ask.

There are always internal opportunities available at PEXA and often roles are only advertised internally to promote career progression for all employees. If unsuccessful, internal applicants are offered training to further increase their skills for next time.
