Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
Being a woman in tech, I am never surprised when I see that I am in a male dominated industry. It would be amazing to see more females in the tech space. My company is constantly working on new ways to draw in minority groups and actively aim to hire more females in technical roles.

The company works extremely hard on their diversity programs. There is a Diversity council along with many events to encourage diversity for women, LGBT, disabled workers and many more. Very welcoming to maternity leave and similar things.

PEXA recently created a D&I committee for all things diversity and inclusion. This committee has recently been responsible for majority of the internal events that promote LGBT and other issues. Most recently, PEXA celebrated International Women's Day where we had speakers presenting about the important women in their lives and the impact they have on a daily basis.
