Pretty flexible. I have found this company is more for quality of work then quantity which is really good.

The company is very flexible. Each team has their own way of working. Some like to start early and finish early where as others start later and finish later. Due to the pandemic, the way of working has changed and PEXA has adapted whilst keeping its productivity.

They are very flexible. Basically as long as you complete your required hours, when you complete them is not really an issue. Have felt very comfortable to complete personal things during the day and then make up for it later in the day or during the week.

Currently in this WFH environment, my hours are extremely flexible. I feel comfortable going to the gym in between meetings or during quiet work hours and make up those hours after 5PM. I also don't feel forced to work 9-5PM Monday - Friday, I could start at 7 or 8 and finish earlier, or start later and finish later.
