Generally, the culture of TransGrid is inclusive. There has been a lot of work done in the past few years to build collaboration and teamwork, especially since privatisation. The graduate cohort is close inside and outside of work which has really helped my journey from university to full-time work. We are able to share experiences and help each other when we are having trouble. The organisation as a whole still has work to do to continue to build collaboration, leadership and socialisation but is on track to doing so.
