The Program

Commencing 2025, Powerlink’s Development Engineering Officer program will be available for recent graduates with a trade background paired with an Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering (or higher). 

In this exciting two-year development program, you will work under the supervision of highly skilled and supportive leaders to develop your skills and knowledge giving you the best possible grounding for your career in energy.  

The Development Engineering Officer Program gives participants a broad foundation of Engineering experience in a variety of teams and divisions across Powerlink. This may include rotations across design, delivery, systems and field based teams.
