If you work hard and demonstrate your capabilities and drive within the company, the opportunities are endless. There are approved training plans that allow you to develop your skills and move up the ranks.

There are training plans which you establish with your team leader which lead to pay progression upon completion. Positions are always opening up as the company expands so it is about keeping your eye open.

At the moment we are going through significant change and there are many opportunities to move up within the company.

I like the idea of the Graduate Development Program which allows me to rotate through multiple business areas. This provides an opportunity to understand each area's role and responsibilities. Coming out of the Graduate Development Program will help me decided where I best feel suited within the business. Regarding promotion opportunities, you will undertake what we call 'Approved Training Plan'. Once you have met the criteria of your Approved Training Plan, then you'll be up for a promotion. I am not too ambitious currently with my career as a graduate. I think it is better to accumulate experience and reputation before moving up.

As a grad, every 6 months you receive a pay rise for completing a rotation

Difficult for jobs to be created. But the company is growing so it is currently not a big problem.

This is the best graduate program I could have ever come across. I get to work in all aspects of the company and then decide where I'd like my career to continue in. I can't think of a better career opportunity than that.
